Development
At Elba, we believe that developing custom formulas for personal care contract manufacturing involves an innovative recipe that is part science, part art, and part craftsmanship. Our team offers over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the personal care and cosmetics industry with a focus on the transdermal delivery system.
Manufacturing
We excel in the respiratory health industry and the manufacturing of both compounding pharmaceutical bases and oral care products. We use state-of-the-art equipment to produce compounding products in the form of creams, gels, lotions, and liquids. Each package and label matches customer specifications for fit and feel. Elba can also provide services such as the pouching of creams and liquids, containing powders, manufacturing wet granulation tablets, coating aqueous tablets, and filling capsules.
ANALYTICAL LAB
Our analytical laboratory can perform a wide array of testing:
• HPLC, UPLC, GC-MS and FTIR testing
• Wet chemistry tests on pharmaceutical and cosmetic matrices
• QIA (R2) stability testing of new drug substances and products
• Accelerated and controlled room temperature testing for shelf life determination
• Micro-bio lab testing that follow FDA, USP and environmental monitoring requirements, as well as AOA/FSIS international standards, yielding highly accurate results
